Q: How can I register on the site?

Press the Registration link in the main menu.

Q: What does registration here give me?

If you are registered, you can do the following:
- change your profile data.
- communicate in group chat rooms and private chat whenever lawyers are online.
- Receive newsletters in your email when your favorite lawyer is online.
- renew your account and check your chat history.

Q: Do I need a camera to talk to lawyers in a chat room?

You don't need to have a camera just to talk. However, if you have it, you can show it to the lawyer.

Q: I just registered. How can I access my profile/account?

Use the login form

Q: I just registered but I completely forgot my password. How can I restore it?

Use the "reset password" form. You must remember the email you wrote in the field during registration and get the information directly to your address.

Q: I want to go to the group chat but the system says I don't have minutes in my account. How can I add minutes?

You can do this on the Add Minutes page.

Q: I have a problem that I can't solve even after reading the FAQ. Who should you write to for answers?

Q: Do I need a webcam to participate on the site?

First of all, the Internet channel and webcam must be good and quality. Don't think that the camera can be cheap because the better your video is, the more people will talk to you in the Group Chat and consequently you will have easy money.

Q: I would like to register on the site as an Attorney. How can I do it?

First, fill out the registration form, then fill out your profile fields, download the images and finish registration.
The administrator verifies the account of each Lawyer. After approval it will be activated.

Q: How can I log in to my Lawyer account?

Use the Attorney form to log in.

Q: I forgot my Lawyer password. That I have to do?

Use the "reset password" form.

Q: What should I do to be online on the site's home page?

Log in to your account and start streaming video from your own page. (Remember that you can open this page as a tab in your browser and look there only when you have someone in your chat room.)
